an update and a thank you

I have just posted a small piece on the greener side about the blackcaps that have been keeping me company for the last few days while I sew.

And i want to extend a big “thank you” to Michelle at Vegplotting for awarding this blog an Excellent award. I am very honoured and am grinning from ear to ear, but I am not going to pass it on this time because all the blogs in my sidebar are excellent, as are all the ones in my Reader, not all of which are listed on my sidebar, I notice. Not sure why…but there you go. But thanks again, Michelle,for the award and for your friendship and for the potato!, donated to complete my last row of potatoes sown this week!
