But the fire is so delightful,
And since we’ve no place to go,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!…and make and share Obamalade* cake.
Two jars of home made marmalade- a tawny and a golden ,with a Marmalade cake, made to a recipe from the wondrous Nigel Slater. The kitchen is cosy; outside it looks like this..

and DH is working from home. Joined by VP, we had tea and Obamalade* cake.Lovely. Care to join us?
*I made Seville orange marmalade on the day Barack Obama was inaugurated-hence Obamalade.

Marmalade is one of my favorites I’ll bet it’s delicious! Wow! Have you got snow or have you got snow. A perfect day to stay inside and have some “Obamalade”..that’s too cute.
